Program reviews will:
lConcentrate on the efficiency and effectiveness of structures and procedures and pose far-reaching questions about the state of the discipline.
lProvide a general description of the current situation and development of programs and offer reference for the university and program in resource allocating and strategy planning.
lIdentify strengths, achievements, and good practice based on evidence which can be disseminated across the university.
lFocus on areas where improvements will achieve the greatest benefits.
lAim to be forward looking, helping programs to identify opportunities.
